EF Foundation for Foreign Study is a non-profit 501c3 organization that welcomes high school exchange students from nearly 40 countries to experience American life and culture. We are seeking friendly, dedicated and organized individuals to facilitate our international high school exchange program in your community. Meet new people, mentor the next generation of world leaders, and bring a global perspective to your hometown!

If you have strong community ties and are excited to share your America with talented kids from countries as diverse as Brazil, Thailand and Sweden, becoming an International Exchange Coordinator (IEC) is the perfect opportunity for you.

Training:

We provide trainings at the local and national levels for new coordinators and hold conventions annually to ensure our field staff are kept up to date with industry changes.

IEC Responsibilities:

• Finding host families for international high school students
• Helping families select a student who shares common interests
• Developing positive relationships with local high schools
• Becoming a friend and mentor to students from across the globe
• Supporting host families and students throughout the year

IECs must be at least 25 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
